Mellow Yellow Monday #15

I really wish I was a better photographer, but oh well. I bought this plant the other day, it's so pretty with just a little yellow ... and it looks lovely in my window. Emmy wasn't too impressed with having to share her spot with it though.

How I hope I can grow orchids from home! Nice that there's an overview of the street below!

Pretty flowers.

I'm thinking those flowers are in mortal danger from the kitty cat!

Oh and in my charmingly inconsistent and unreliable way I actually played this week. ;-)

You can't go wrong with flowers -- be the yellow plentiful or sparse! Happy Mellow Yellow Monday!

Good for you. I love orchids but I'm always afraid to try to nurture them!

I love yellow flowers but my allergies won't let me keep any flowers (nor my cat) indoors ;--)
My 'yellow' brings back mem'ries today at Happily Retired Gal.

Nice spot for the flowers even though they have to share the space. :-)

I love orchids. Sadly the nicest one I have ever had is a fake. A good fake mind you but fake none the less. People are always thinking it is real.
Thanks for hosting once again.

That's beautiful! Is it some kind of orchid? It looks as though it would smell heavenly. BTW, your photography is fine! :o)

Eleonora Baldwin said...

Those orchids are wonderful, and that background leaves me wanting to see more! Ciao

MYM said...

Yes - they are orchids, and very pretty. I'll have to get my sister to take a good photo of them someday, LOL!

And so far Emmy hasn't eaten it. Altho it's a huge ledge she seems inconsolable about that one little spot taken up by the plant! There's 5 more feet of ledge! She wants it all! LOL
